This stuff turnes into glass from the heat of gasoline combusting when it squeezes through the leak in the head gasket into the combustion chamber. It is actually stronger than the head gasket itself.

Had an odd experience, installed a bottle in my Celsior and it was fine, the next day there was a TON of noise/aeration in my pump reservoir. I flushed it with MOC and conditioner and bled the system. Currently I do not see any leaks but it acted like I had no fluid in my power steering system. Again I’m driving it and I don’t see leaks but it was very odd.

One thing that is not mentioned on the instructions label is the fact that you need to remove the thermostat before starting the treatment. This solution is not going to work on gasket leak to the manifold. How can u tell if that is the case by checking the exhaust pipe. If water steam and water is dripping constantly when the engine is hot and the thermostat is open then u know that is the case. In this situation do not waste ur money cause it won’t work. Besides this u must take ur thermostat out and flush the coolant system(the radiator and the heater)a few times to make sure the solution is going to circulate inside the system freely. The instruction on the bottle is not complete and correct. It is to some extent misleading cause u need to do it right to get results and to prevent the possible damage that it might put to ur car. As far as I concern this solution works temporally on small gaskets leaks.

Im planning on trying the heavy duty head gasket sealant but I feel i shouldntry to flush the system first because is be worried this may adversely affect the sealant. What should i do. I am not even sure if can run the car for 10 minutes. Ive been avoiding trying to get it too hot. Also i had a pin hole leak which was why i overheated and i ran the car for about 45 minutes at idle while trying to jump start another vehicle i thought i had no coolant at all because i had no heat and when i touched the radiator cap it didnt feel overly hot so i stupidly cracked the cap and i had a mini geiser. I tried to nurse the car to the closest parts store as it was pouring rain and the car went into the H and it stalled so i pulled over immediately and got towed. Luckily it was such bad weather and heavy traffic i guess there are pros and cons to this as i may have been able to get it to a lower operating temp had i been moving more air through the radiator. I got the car home and checked the oil immediately and luckily o didnt have the milkshake of death. I however couldnt get the car to run. It seemed starved for fuel. I added gas and scanned for codes and had a cylinder 3 misfire. I had a new coil and plug on hand which didnt really look all that bad. I would be able to occasionally get it to fire off but it would run bad and stall. Fast forward 7 days i didnt touch the car because i was mentally regrouping working on another car. But on the 7th day i just hooked up my jump pack and the car started asnif there was no problem until i checked the oil and duh duh duh milkshake. Its a 2008 infiniti g35x and im trying to figure iut if the coolant entered the oil a different way. The pin hole leak was in the poorly designed oil filter coolant hose which for some reason is a 10-11” metal section coveres in rust scale fortunately the pin hole was close enough i bought a slightly longer rubber line and for good measure i applied high temp water proof silicone around the pin hole before installing the new hose and double clamped it with regular worm gear clamps. Iv read these oul filter coolant gaskets can let go but im unsure as to weather the coolant can actually get into the oil there. Any help from anyone would be appreciated thanks.
